We decorated the inn for the holidays too!
One of the best parts of the holiday season is hands down seeing everyone’s light displays. Seeing all the attention people put in decorating the outside of their homes adds an extra special experience with every December, and we’re so happy that the tradition has not changed even this year. If you and your family are looking for something fun to do that’s safe and easy to enjoy while socially distanced, The Southern New Hampshire Tour of Lights has your back. We took advantage of this wonderful tour ourselves, and have some highlights below to share.
The Community Center in Peterborough looking all sorts of festive for the tour!
The Peterborough Community Center’s set up just outside had several trees and snowmen decorated for the season.
The fire truck looks like something Santa would ride in!
Then right across the street, a giant tree of lights with a fire truck all lit up!
This house just needs a sleigh and reindeer to fit right in with the north pole!
It felt like we had arrived at the North Pole going down some of these roads, but this one especially was lovely.
This house made us really feel the festive spirit!
Another wonderful display, this house and the house right across from it were so festive that the whole neighborhood felt magical.
The arrangement of lights on this house was so well done! We especially love the tree out front.
We really loved the set-up of this display, especially the small wreaths on each of the windows!
All of these lovely displays were here in Peterborough. The tour is far better in person, and we are lucky to be surrounded by such creative communities. Stay at the Jack Daniels Inn and enjoy the dazzling displays of our neighbors this holiday season! The Tour of Lights takes place in several towns in southern New Hampshire until December 27th, so be sure to enjoy them before then! Head over to our Facebook page and share your favorite display with us too! We’d love to see what other people found on their tour!
